To Register, a link will be sent to your company's primary contact to register all Exhibitor staff members.
Please note, your company may register all staff members that will be attending this years event. Only members that are verified in the MemberClicks membership data base are eligible to be registered
Through the Online Exhibitor Registration you can:
When registering your team, you MUST include each individuals unique e-mail address with your company e-mail domain. There is an option to include an alternate e-mail. If you, as the key contact would like to be copied on the registration confirmation, this is the location to include YOUR e-mail address. All registrations will be vetted and approved. If you do not hear back from us, you are approved. If there are any questions, our staff will contact you.
All booth personnel must purchase a badge. Badges are not included with booth fees. Badges allow entrance to the show floor for Exhibitor Set up on Monday, October 13th and Tuesday, October 14th from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, entrance on Expo dates and include access to both Wednesday and Thursdays Happy Hours.

PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED ATTENDEES FOR THE EXPO YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EDIT THEIR REGISTRATION OR ADD APPRECIATION DINNER TICKETS ONTO THOSE INDIVIDUALS REGISTRATIONS.
If you have additional attendees to register, you can purchase additional dinner tickets for those who are already registered under the new attendee registration.
Name badges are not mailed. Name badges are printed on-site at the NASGW Expo Registration Desk, using the registration barcode you will receive and can be scanned from a printed piece of paper or smartphone. If an attendee does not have their barcode, a badge can still be printed on-site after providing proper identification. Each registrant MUST pick up their own name badge at the NASGW Expo registration desk, and will be required to provide photo identification.
